Buy by program
Call the route. Without payment a paid route answers HTTP 402 with the price and a quote_id. Top up: POST https://api.pauhu.ai/v1/lds/balance/topup answers HTTP 402 with a payment challenge; repeat it with the payment credential. The answer returns a balance token.
Repeat the call with its quote_id and Authorization: Bearer <balance token>. Cap any price with the pauhu-max-price header.
