Pay by program
- Top up: POST https://api.pauhu.ai/v1/lds/balance/topup with {"amount": "<amount>", "currency": "EUR", "billing": {"country": "FI", "company": "<registered name>", "vat_id": "<EU VAT number with country prefix>"}}. Use "business_id" in place of "vat_id" when the company has no VAT number; "postal_code" is optional. Sold to businesses only. It answers HTTP 402 with a payment challenge; repeat it with the payment credential.
- The answer returns a balance token, shown once. Store it.
- Calls send Authorization: Bearer <balance token>; GET https://api.pauhu.ai/v1/lds/balance reads what is left.
With the billing details above, the call answers HTTP 402 with a payment challenge; your program pays by sending the same POST again with Authorization: Payment <credential>. The charge is the top-up plus VAT where it applies to the billing country, and the smallest top-up is EUR 10. Each paid answer then returns its own receipt, which your program can read back later.
